Can you guys hire someone that can open the office ON TIME?! I've had the unfortunate experience of having to come here twice, and both times, despite the office hours stating 9am-5pm, both times no one is here. Wouldn't put my belongings in this place if it were the last place on earth. The lady I encountered the last time I was here, who finally turned the lights on and opened the office after 10:30, was very rude, did everything she could to waste my time and avoid renting me a dolly despite giving uhual hundreds of dollars for our recent move. Today, yet again no one is here to handle business during posted business hours. It's ridiculous and a waste of people's time. But hey, the lady I encountered yesterday made it clear they don't value people's time at all, and clearly have no concept of what time the work day begins. It's 9:20am.

Very clean storage unit and very easy to obtain. Needed a place to store my stuff and they had a special going on and it took less then 10 minutes to set up and the management are extremely friendly!!

Kudos to this place for sure. Rented a uhaul for a few days and last experience somewhere else was terrible so I didn’t know what to expect but I can say they did not disappoint. Fast, friendly service. They made things easy and were understandable. I will be using them in the future for needs involving uhaul or a storage building. Thanks a ton guys!
