When I first got my unit established, the gate code wasn't working so I called customer service the next day and they gave me a new gate code. They gate code worked successfully. What I didn't expect was i didn't know that they didn't have a facility where I can pull my truck inside to so I can get to my unit and no equipment to haul my items. They have a freight elevator where you can only store the items in there to get to the second floor. Other than that, I had no issues

Whenever I go to take or retrieve a item that I stored, I don't have no problem. The atmosphere is good. It's always neat and clean. There's no riff Raff hanging around. I feel very safe and all my items are well secured. Thank you.

This place is the absolutely worse!! Do not rent from here, had our stuff in storage a couple months, only to come back to everything completely gone! Some one switched our locked to where whoever came could bolt cut it & steal everything out . (Washer, dryer, refrigerator, an entire bedroom set, clothes , shoes & more) definitely an inside job, & yes the police is involved so lets see how long before we get camera footage. And to get on here and see its happened recently is insane 🤦🏾‍♀️

I would not recommend this place at all I rented it back in November and I had not checked it until today. So I went to get a few things out from my storage unit my lock was changed and tell me why I got everything stolen from inside. The front door has a rock to keep it from shutting. The worst security put in place not only did they not notify me of my stolen belongings. I’m definitely warning yall to not rent any storage units from them they are the worst. I’ve seen other people post about it happening to them so I’m coming on here to warn yall. And for the people that are currently renting go take your stuff out because this is an inside job ain’t no way the company didn’t know about thief’s or put regulations in place from keeping it from happening again.

The address for 10 Federal storage in Winston-Salem on Indian Avenue is very nice and clean and the storage units are great and the only reason that I didn’t give it. A five stars is because there are no carts at that facility and I had to take everything either up the stairs by hand or by hand load up the lift up to the second floor when I got it working but other than that, it’s a very great place
