Fantastic service here, cannot recommend enough! Eli is a G, straight up no cap! Would rate him 6 out of 7 on a perfect manager score, if only cause no one is perfect but he is close! Store it go defiantly has some excellent staff.

Warning – Please read before doing business here: After only three months of renting a storage unit, I was notified that my monthly rate would increase from $358 to $613 — a 71% jump (see attached photos of the original contract and price increase notice). Once you’re signed up, the phone number provided routes to a virtual assistant, and no one returns calls. I understand that we’re in an inflationary environment, but a 71% increase after just a few months is not ethical. I’m sharing this so others are aware of the pricing practices and difficulty reaching a live representative after move-in. Look at my review history — I generally only leave feedback when I’ve had a positive experience. This is my first rating that's not 5 stars. Edit: I eventually spoke with someone who was able to help with the price increase, but it appears to be company policy to reassess and raise rates every few months. I wish I would've known this prior to moving my stuff in.

Recently rented a bin over the phone, 4 hours from the actual facility. Emily took the call and walked me through the whole process perfectly. She answered all my questions, was patient, and super friendly and polite. It couldn't have been easier. Very thankful for her help. Would recommend this storage company to others based on my experience and what I currently know.

The entire experience was quick. I was in my space in an hour, from reservation to occupancy. Laura was cordial and extremely helpful over the phone. She texted me so that I could attach the reqired documentation. All I needed to do was pay and sign the lease. Kevin, the on site attendant, was also pleasant and accommodating. He aided in finishing the final step. Unfortunately, I moved over an hour away from the facility and had to vacate the property. They facilitated effectively even though they were closed. They texted the website to vacate online, and even though my picture wouldn't upload, accepted it via text and completed the process for me.

Update: I had a 10x5 unit for about a year and in that time went from paying $50/ mo to $100/ mo, and that was after talking them down from larger price increases each time. Rationale was increased facility costs, but the same unit is currently priced for $33/ mo. Be wary of bad pricing practices and moving your things in just for the price to jump without more than a month's notice. Everything else was fine enough. If they wanted to fix the issue while I was a customer, they would have worked with me the multiple opportunities I gave.
