I’d give this place zero stars if I could. My husband has been trying to get his belongings from his storage unit since the new owners took over. Everything was perfectly fine until the new owner’s took over. I paid every month via our bank bill pay with no problems. The new owner’s took over and then our payments started being returned in December. In January they double locked my husbands storage unit. He went to facility several times during business hours to find no one there. He would find a sign on the door saying they’d be back after 330pm. He went back still no one. Finally we were able to talk to the guy that takes care of the grounds. He told us everything had been a mess with the billing since the new owners took over and we needed to call Sunshine but she was in Puerto Rico so her hours were not the same as here. We called her. Got no where. She finally had the owner Chris call us. He lied. Said he’d give us a free month and have the double lock removed and have Sunshine send us the new payment link. This was in April. None of this happened. Now here we are in July and still getting phone calls saying we owe a bunch of money to them and they never did anything they said they would do. My husband has tried several times to explain the situation to the different people who keep calling but none of them know anything about it and aren’t willing to contact Chris or Sunshine. They just keep threatening to auction off my husband’s belongings. Eric called my husband Friday and again my husband attempted to explain that our payments were returned as unclaimed in December and Eric said our check bounced. It absolutely did not bounce. We sent Chris proof that our payments were sent back unclaimed twice! His excuse for them being unclaimed was because they didn’t get all the account information from the previous owner they were supposed to get when they took over. At this point we just want our belongings and nothing else to do with this place. Don’t rent from these people you will regret it. I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau next.

I rented a unit here since 2021 everything was perfect as well as the owners were perfect up until they have recently sold the place. I moved out of my unit almost a month ago and have reached out to the new owners several times as some of my belongings were mildewed and sun bleached as well as the dampness has messed up my electronics that was stored in there. I was paying for the insurance on my unit and they will not contact me back with the insurance companies name, number, nothing. Like I stated before this place was awesome up u til the new owners purchased it I definitely wouldn’t trust them now with my belongings

I spoke with Ray to get a storage unit. He was very pleasant and helpful. He answered all my questions and signing up for a unit was extremely fast and efficient. The prices, from the other places I looked at, were the lowest. If you haven't looked into renting a storage unit from here I implore you to do so, as they are under new management now and extremely professional and kind.

Back to the Basics

Nothing but the absolute best to say about this place, I was in a really bad situation and needed a unit quickly the owner wasted no time in helping me out. Most importantly I never vent to random strangers but in that moment I felt like I had a genuine friend. Thank you for everything you did for me in my time of need, and thank you for your professionalism and genuine care for your customers. You will not be disappointed renting from this place! Great job 👏

I'd give these guys a no star rating if I could. Used them a few years back. Our storage unit was broken into and they failed to inform us. Found out about it a few months after when we went to grab something and the lock was changed. Recently decided to give them another shot as they were the only local storage unit that had an available unit large enough for us. After signing our contract and paying for our unit (Friday afternoon) we returned the next night with a load to place in our unit only to find a lock on it. Had to take everything back to our house and unload. Could not get a hold of them until Monday afternoon to figure out what was going on. We were told the previous occupant never removed their stuff and decided they wanted to keep the unit and we could no longer have it!!!
