Facility is well maintained, easy access, great staff. I had an outdoor spot for a camper and ended storage to take to an indoor facility for the winter. Wish SRA had some indoor or covered for campers but I'll be back in the spring.

Jeff was awesome to work with. I visited several storage unit companies before selecting Storage Rentals of America in Chesterland. I was initially impressed with his helpfulness over the phone. The office was organized and very clean. The entire site/unit was not only clean but very secure. I was able to purchase needed supplies including the lock. Jeff provided superior customer service, walking through everything I needed to know. He recommended the size of the unit I needed based on the items I was going to store and was correct. The facility was well protected and easy to navigate. I highly recommend this company for your storage needs.
