Judy was very helpful and got it all set up for my daughter and I to start getting things in. I won't be there until May, but I wanted a unit ready for when I do get there. I spoke with Tracy, a CS representative and she made sure I reserved the correct size for storing various boxes and furniture. She was very helpful. Though I did not use the unit, I will not hesitate to contact them in the future should I need the service.
