I have been here at the Johnston Pkwy store for a few years now. There has been a lot of turn over with employees. I have never left a review for Storage King before. I wanted to come on here and let everyone know that There are 2 new people in the office. Martez has been there for a few months along with Crystal. Since they have been here we have noticed a change, and when I say we, I don't mean me and my family, I mean me and other renters. We have talked... The garbage has been picked up, the units cleaner, bathroom clean, the office now looks clean and organized, the weeds are not so bad outside now, and renters seem happier. These 2 employees care about their job. You can tell they are trying their best to clean up the property and make it better for the renters. (I am assuming it makes their jobs easier as well) I wont lie, I almost decided to move out because of the way it looked and the way it was being kept. Now don't get me wrong, there are still people who leave trash around but they do their best to clean it up in a timely manor. The place isn't perfect but its getting close. Crystal brings in little treats for customers too. That's always a plus in my book.
