So they took never put my card on auto pay, I can’t log in or create an account to pay for my unit, nobody is ever in office, never return a phone call, and will auction your unit and there’s absolutely nothing you can do about it. You can pay the 3x your bill for the fees that they created by not creating your account and payment correctly and that’s it. If I could burn this place to the ground without legal repercussions I would.

Heather at the Cooke Rd location has always gone about and beyond any customer service that I have encountered. She walked me to the space she was showing me, even though it was all the way at the very end of the property. She explained to me how the gate works with the app, as well as letting me know that there are cameras in the property. She let me know what the gate access times were as well. I recommend Heather as your Property manager anytime you need to rent at this location. Thank you so very much Heather for all you have done.
