Not a fan. If you plan to use storage long term, they’ll jack the prices on you so I’d find somewhere else or an alternative option. Was with them for two and a half years, started at $150/month and prior to leaving it was close to $400. We were originally told when we signed up by the manager at the location (Hilliard) that the prices don’t increase that much yearly. Our location had someone on site for the first year we were there then they transitioned to no one being on site. Occasionally someone would show up to check on the units, but that was about it. The only good thing was the location and how easy it was to pay online. Communication was terrible, anytime we called to try to talk to someone we would go straight to voicemail or it would take days to get a call back. When we did get a call back, everyone was always rude on the phone that we spoke to. Prior to leaving, we explained to them that we would be leaving because it was unaffordable for the unit and they didn’t show any kind of compassion or do anything to try to keep us as customers. If you plan to use the storage unit for short term storing, this place would be ideal.

I’m not at all happy with my experience. Upon arrival to park my camper I just purchased, it was extremely hard to find the spot where I was supposed to park my camper. The individual spot numbers are faded so bad you can hardly see them. Then when I got to my spot, the people who pay for the spot next to mine left their trailer half in my spot. Since there was no attendant present I had to move the persons trailer over back into their spot and hurt myself doing back doing so. There needs to be more surveillance cameras on site. My spot isn’t even monitored and makes me want to move to a more secure facility. Not all all happy and will never recommend this dirty facility that’s well in need of a cleaning and facelift.

Elizabeth is awesome and great at her job! This was my first time renting a storage unit and she made the process very easy. The facility is clean and secure. Easy access with the app. All around great experience.
