This facility is very well maintained. The unit I rented, one of the larger ones (809), served our needs perfectly. I would definitely rent storage space from SpareBox in the future based on this experience with the company. Spoke with Nesh when I notified SpareBox that we had cleared out the unit. She made the termination process very simple and easy.

Not too keen of having people block the exit and try to thread a needle look like it was somebody you actually work there who was doing something there not exactly sure but would be nice next time to have it so that people can easily get access out of the property

my boyfriend rented one of their small units thinking he was going to be paying $35 a month like the WEBSITE said but turns out they were charging him $63 a month. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! yall need to change your website

Hello…I called to be sure Spare Box Storage had received my email of June 24 notifying them that we would be vacating Unit 0418 on July 21, 2025, due to us purchasing a home and no longer needing our storage unit. I spoke with Ashanti in the Elyria office and she was very helpful. She asked all the appropriate questions regarding our move out timing and explained that as long as we vacate by July 25, we will not be charged for August 2025. I assured her that we plan to be out by July 21. She offered that I should call again shortly before the 21st to confirm, to which I agreed. Ashanti was very pleasant and professional. 7/25/25 update…as of today, we have vacated unit 0418. I spoke with Sharicka, who was pleasant and helpful. She explained that the move out of a unit included us notifying Spare Box Storage when we had completely moved out and that we would receive a confirmation email after the unit was checked by a supervisor for cleanliness. I called today because even though I was paid in full as of yesterday, 7/24/25, that was our 43rd wedding anniversary and we totally forgot about finishing the vacating process until today! I did panic a little because the unit contained many precious Christmas items and I was afraid of losing them due to forgetting about the date. We did begin the clean-out on Monday, 7/21/25; however, not everything was moved until today. I appreciate your understanding in this matter. Again, Sharicka was very kind and professional during our conversation.
