Worst storage unit ever!! Do not ever rent from here! I left my stuff In a unit here over the summer for college. Before I left for school I placed bug traps in my lockers just in case. When I got back in august I found my locker infested with ants and mice and everything coated in dirt. You can see in the photos some of the dead mice skeletons and ants everywhere. There was pee and poop on all of my clothing, bedding, books, etc!! The mice chewed holes in everything. I had to throw out half of my belongings. Flag city storage did absolutely nothing to reimburse me or cover the damage. They simple didn’t care and were extremely unprofessional. The lockers DO NOT stay clean or keep any animals out.

While they are somewhere in the low to mid price range for the area of storage, the value is definitely here. Would recommend to anyone needing a storage unit and/or U-Haul

Lizzy McMillenThis was the worst U-haul experience I've ever had. They didn't check our ID's, they didn't check the truck, there was a combination lock on the door so the movers couldn't put anything in the truck, and then I waited for 15 minutes on hold trying to get the combination for the lock. Completely ruined our move. I'd give them 0 stars if it was an option.
