Well secured and price is fair for the amount of space you get. I’ve been with them since August. Easy to reserve and quick move in. I needed storage same day and they were able to get me taken care of. They sometimes run promotions and for being a new customer, I got a month free! If you’re looking for reasonable priced storage with lots of room, this is your place! Only down fall is rent increased once already but it’s understandable due to the economy. I just hope the price does not continue to increase too much for existing customers.

I've been renting a storage unit from Red Storage in Heath by the Heath Mall for a few years. I've been very happy with them, I've never had a problem there what's so ever. 24hr secured gate with your own entry number. Give them a try...

Generally im happy to have a safe place to store my stuff, would be nice they would renovate units a little, and as the storage facility management changes hands could have reached out to clients about that and warned them they would need to update their information on file instead of surprising clients up to 2 months in with they are behind or late on payments, times are too tough to be doing that to folks.

I'm 64 and had 5 or 6 units and got behind because of health reasons. I wanted to pay just one unit up to date and keep it because it had my personal family stuff and tools. But they wouldn't let me. The guy in the office said I had to get all the units current or nothing. Was this legal of them?? I lost everything. Why couldn't I get 1 unit up to date and keep that one unit or at least get my contents out and lose the other units. Did he lie saying I had to get all units current or nothing?
