Someone tried to break into our unit, might I add unsuccessfully. After reporting it, was givin the corporate dribble with no hope of resolution. Was told a site manager would have to be scheduled to come out and fix damage to our door. Still no response. Went to the back and my jaw hit the floor! PEOPLE! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE "SECURITY" OF RED DOT! SCAM ARTISTS! 😡😡🤬 If there is a site manager for this location this person need fired for incompetence
michael conkeyGot an outside parking spot here and before I parked vehicles there I asked them. If they had issues with people stealing I was told no and that there was no insurance for vehicles had vehicles parked for 10 days to come back tonight to find all catalytic converters were stolen off my truck and the car do not rent from these guys at all
