*CAUTION* I secured a dry storage unit in late 2024 for my personal belongings, expecting protection and reliability. Unfortunately, the unit was compromised by water intrusion, resulting in severe mold damage to furniture, fabrics, wood items, and irreplaceable keepsakes. When I reported the issue, the company suggested filing a homeowners insurance claim rather than assuming responsibility for their faulty unit. Additionally, I was required to relocate my damaged items to a different unit without assistance.
