The Website was easy to navigate and made everything seamless where you don’t even need contact with a person; however, I did go by and found the office staffed with a very kind gentleman named David. He showed me around, explained everything and just made everything very easy and comfortable. He certainly went above and beyond in helping me troubleshoot some problems as well. I’m very pleased to have selected ESS for my storage needs.

I went out to the Painesville Ohio location to conduct an annual inspection on their fire extinguishers. The facility was very clean and the manager David was very helpful with everything I needed. If I ever had the need, I would have no apprehension whatsoever to store my belongings at this facility!

I found the location to be very convenient to our new home. I was taken by the awareness of the Extra Space Storage family concerning our rental and the welcoming phone call from the local management. The facility is neat and clean and well organized. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

Christian was very professional and friendly. The whole visit ran smoothly. The one negative point was that I received pricing through a text message that was lower than when I came in and what the actual pricing was so you guys need to get your numbers together

David was excellent. Showed multiple units so that I could be sure my needs were met, gave a demo on the locking device since I’ve never used the kind of lock needed for a storage unit, answered all my questions - couldn’t ask for better service.
