I had an excellent experience with Public Storage in Powell, and a big reason for that is Sofia, the property manager. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to explain my options clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Sofia runs a tight ship and it really shows—customer service like this is rare these days. If you’re looking for storage in the Powell area, I highly recommend this location and definitely ask for Sofia. She makes all the difference.

Sophia, the on-site manager, is awesome! She was very helpful when my wife and I first rented the unit. We are at the storage unit fairly often. Sophia is always out picking up trash, keeping everything neat and clean. She is readily available in case someone has a question or concern. When I had a question about the app used to enter and exit the storage area she was very helpful. Outstanding customer service.
