Don't put your stuff on here. I was late for 2mo this they charged me $300 and I was late another time 1 month and they charged me $300. They cut the lock off of storage door akd WENT THROUGH ALL LY STUFF AND STOLE SOME OF THINGS. I have to call the police and make a report.

Scott EwertWhy can't the call center help the customers? Like the people in the Streetsboro office, no hassle, they tell you how the the policy works. Always willing to work with you. And when a problem occurs, it is resolved. They should get rid of the call center and let the office people do their job. And maybe we can save money. Fine rental fees.
