We have been a customer of Arch City for over a year. I took my RV into the shop, was gone for two weeks. Returned today to park my unit and someone parked another RV in my spot. I called and spoke to someone and they initially told me that they would contact the owner and would get back with me in 24-48 hrs. After a 45 minute conversation, I parked on the other side but asked for a manager to call me! Called back and requested a manager to call me…..CRICKETS! Will be removing my RV by the weekend. Furthermore, once this review went live, I received an email telling me to send a photo of my numbered spot. Well there are no numbers, lines nothing. I then received a phone call from the Philippines. They advertise to be locally owned and operated and their customer service is across the pond.
I needed to call to clarify a payment on my unit. The credit card showed pending at the bank. Mika was very helpful and confirmed that I was current on my payments.
One of the cheaper places, great promo for first month. I'm really disappointed that the website says 24 hours access but the signs all say access ends early, like 9 or 10 pm. I chose them BECAUSE of the 24 hours, but I'm not going to leave because of it. Also had a small confusion at move in, at noon on a Friday, and no one answered the door or doorbell at the office or my calls. I emailed and a very kind gentleman called from out of state, I assume customer service of some kind and explained what I needed after maybe 20 minutes. Overall hiccups have been manageable. Seems like they're going through an ownership change whichcould be the reason they happened in the first place Adding - was contacted because of my review and told they DO have 24 hour access. Changing from 3 to 5 because of it and the rapid responses to email or calls. No one on site isn't a problem now that I know to just call the general number or email the help box. Clean, cheap, and responsive to everything I've asked so far.
Rose was very helpful and patient as I very slowly filled everything out. So far a great experience.
Second update….I received a phone call from the Philippines concerning my google review of Arch City Storage of Etna, an advertised locally owned and operated company. Crickets from requesting a call back, but as a result of my review, I have received an email and a phone call, even though from the Philippines. Received an email, stating, in order to cancel your account, we have to have “your unit number”, well PLEASE SHOW ME MY UNIT NUMBER!!!! For a locally owed and operated that has customer service in the Philippines, let’s PLAY BALL!
