My husband and I stored our travel trailer while we were visiting our daughter in Columbus Ohio. General Manager Danita, is outstanding! She was very professional and focused on ensuring we were throughly informed on every aspect of the rental process. Danita’s friendly personality was a very pleasant plus to our completing the leasing contract. She ensured we felt comfortable signing our leasing contract and we feel we made a wise choice in choosing Cubesmart. We will use this facility any time we travel to Columbus to visit with our daughter. We throughly enjoyed every aspect of working with her!!

SHOUT OUT to two very incredible WOMEN!!! First I want to give Danita a huge virtual huge for helping me transfer my unit into a bigger one with such ease. Danita has impeccable customer service skills and very personable. Absolutely love her spirit and I wish more people were like her. HUGE SHOUT OUT to Rhonda on Taylor Station Road location for assisting Danita in the transfer process!!! Rhonda was extremely pleasant and hilarious at the same time. Thank both of you ladies for making my transfer a smooth success you both are AWESOME HANDS WOMEN!!!!

The customer service experience was excellent at the Tussing road office. I was unsure on which size of unit I needed and reserved the wrong size. She was very helpful and showed me different unit sizes and their climate control building. She was so patient with me and helped make a decision. The only concern I had was the age of the building but she assured me about security and safety.

So far I’m am extremely impressed. I had all my stuff in a unit else where since I have currently staying with a friend. That place upped my unit by $50, making it a total of $180! I panicked since I do not have the money. I looked online and cube storage had very cheap units on sale! I am now paying $40 a month instead of $180. Also not long after I reserved the unit I got a call from the office and then just wanted to check with me and make sure I didn’t need anything before they left for the day. THANK GOODNESS SHE DID. She helped me get my door access code and if she wouldn’t have called I would’ve showed up with all my stuff and wouldn’t have been able to get it. First month here but I am very happy with my experience so far

I’m long time user of this place. 15 years. Watched this place change ownership at least 5 times. Don’t know much about this company (CubeSmart). But the lady in the office (sorry I never got her name) would get 6 stars if I could give it. I had a couple of massive problems (private) and she helped me solve them. Truly am happy with the service I received. Wouldn’t mind another 15 years here with a person like her managing the property. Thank you miss giggles a lot. 😁
