i have a storage unit, and two parking spots in the back. I keep my trailer there and require frequent access to get my trailer because I use it for my business. With the recent winter storm the owner made sure to tell the plow driver to make sure my trailer was accessible and he did. However I was still having trouble getting to my trailer. so i called and he sent the plow driver back. The plow driver even went above and beyond and really plowed more snow then he had too. (kudos to you if you're reading this.) I say all this to say that the ownership has shown multiple times they care about their tenants and will do everything in their power to make sure you are taken care of. I have had multiple storage units across central ohio and I can say I've never been treated so well. 5 stars all the way around.
