DO NOT RENT *** Rented a 10x10 unit originally for $50 due to rent increase for absolutely nothing I ended up paying $80 a month they have serious large rodent issues as you can see in the pictures below something got into my unit there were feces and urine everywhere when I called to report it they said nothing could be done and that it wasn’t covered in my renters insurance. The lady then asked was I going to clean it up and refused to let me speak with a supervisor this place is a joke stay AWAY

Always had a good experience, best storage facility in Dayton. I did like it better when there was someone on-site or calling and talking to someone directly from that location, but overall best place I’ve had for storage. I would recommend this location

Zero stars I am doing yet another review! I got a unit here in August and ever since September when it was time to pay I have been unable to pay using because the site gives an error message! I’ve told this company this many times! They say they will forward the concern to have it looked at and corrected . Welp here we are again and I still can’t pay online. I have to call to make my payments. Last month I called to pay using ACH as I always do and the customer service rep did not take the right information and would not listen to me trying to explain to her that she could not process it with just my account number. This caused a big inconvenience so they credited my account 50.00 after my having to make 4-5 calls and I kept getting people who have false and misinformation and they did not know what they were doing…. I asked for a free month so the gave the 50.00 credit leaving the balance for this month 79.33. I called into pay ACH again and spoke to a Mel who gave me misinformation last month and then a guy who said ACH aren’t allowed and then a Mark who took my info but didn’t process the payment. I emailed them and was told the same thing we are sorry for your inconvenience. They processed the payment again after I paid but got 129.33! I had to pay 27.00 to stop the payment at this point they need to give me a free month! This company is horrible and the ppl answering the phones don’t know their jobs at all! Now they are trying to say that I owe the full amount after they credited and sent me an invoice see below in pictures

They made it so easy to reserve & do the paperwork with docu sign & pay so didn't have to go in since so busy packing. Thank you for allowing this procedure for your customers. I would highly recommend to others.
