I had some issues with my monthly rate going up after only having a unit for 3 months. I called and spoke with Demetria and she was able to help give me the most recent promotion to keep my rate the same. She was great!

Called the Toll Free # on my lunch break to get a simple 10x10 price. Kept me on the phone almost 30 minutes. Wouldnt give me price without giving my full name and ph #, then asked for my email address (I refused). Finally, I was rude that I need to go back to work, just give me a price! All of a sudden, constant scam calls/texts. Ive had this ph # 20+years and am cautious who i give it to. Previous, I rarely got scam calls/texts. its been MONTHS and Im still getting DAILY calls/text scams. Something is very shady with this company.

My mom had a unit here. The units are clean and place is well taken care of BUT they upped the prices a few time and she only had it a year. then she got her stuff out on the 8th and they do not return the rest of the money for the month. Which she was not told. I would not recommend! Also no1 is ever in the office.

We were generally satisfied at first, other than several areas along the walls big enough for rodents to come in which should have been filled, especially since it's an end unit. Price was very good initially, but by the third month they increased the monthly rate by 40%! The contract states they have to give you 30 days notice- I didn't get any notice. When I called to ask, they stated they did send an email and offered to resend. I never got that email, either, although I continued to get the monthly statements and payment confirmations every month. Very shady way to do business!
