Rose was fairly helpful. I must say the insistence staying on the line until I clicked on this rating link was a bit off-putting, the experience was for the most part helpful. When first renting the unit, you are given an option to rent it online. You are required to call in to actually do the process. this is not Rose's fault, but obviously a short coming in the system. That initial data input time feels like time wasted. Rose did call me back and helped with finishing the process, which was courteous and helpful. I think Rose did pretty well.
