Just wanted to share what a wonderful person Brandon is. Just when I thought there was not much respect for older people anymore, Brandon went above and beyond! I needed some items out of my storage unit and asked for assistance. Brandon was willing to help and not only help, he arranged the storage unit so next time I needed something, it would be easier to reach and nothing would fall and hurt me. I am so thankful for him!!!! This has been the BEST Customer Service I have received in a long time! I will now only use this storage facility for my storage needs. I went here because of the price of the small units and so glad I found this place. Brandon ROCKS N ROLLS!!!!!

I am so thankful to have found American self storage and the manager Brandon! I was using another corporate storage facility where I was paying three times as much as I pay now. Brandon is very kind and considerate and I could easily see how much this facility and its tenants mean to him. He is such a gentleman, he even helped me unload my vehicle! Thanks again Brandon!

They have done a wonderful job helping my daughter. Both Brandon and Ashley, have helped her immensely. The rent prices are pretty reasonable and don't seem to escalate like a lot of other places. With a different storage company, securecare, there were constant bad surprises, including break-ins, frequent price increases, and spraydust. Here Brandon is as accommodating and thorough as possible.

Renting my storage unit online was an easy process and got a great discount by purchasing on the website! Also Brandon was great! I set up a same day move in and on short notice, about 2 hours before the office closed, He called to welcome me after I set it up online and he made sure I had everything I needed down to my gate code to get in. Thank you for making this such an easy stress free experience!

Brandon has been extremely rude and disrespectful. I took over someone’s unit, paid in full, and committed to having it cleaned out, (I still have 15 days) yet I’ve been yelled at and treated as if I’ve failed to uphold my end of the agreement. I have a company coming in to possibly purchase some items and I’m hesitant because of his behavior. I even brought back the person I purchased the unit from, and Brandon threatened to call the police. Then, he called his supervisor and suddenly said the previous owner could come back. The way I’ve been treated is completely unfair, and I would not recommend this experience to anyone.
