Attic Storage was very helpful in getting storage booked and coordinating dates for open and finishing the contract. I will use them again in the future if the need arises. During our move out during a hit summer day their employee offered waters for the family as we loaded everything out of storage.

I’ve had storage spots before, at other facilities. This is the best that I’ve encountered, though! It’s a newer facility, which shows in the condition of the storage units, themselves. The walls are nice….mot missing paint, of having huge dents, or ‘who knows what that is’ smeared across them. The overhead, roll-up doors, ACTUALLY roll-up, without issue! No need to coax the door along, up or down the track. And, the lock mechanism actually works, without fighting you. Wonderful! The climate-controlled area is, thankfully, a few degrees cooler than other places that I’ve used. It’s not got ice cubes on the floors, or anything, but it IS cool inside! And, Joy, who was in the office, when I got my unit here, has been nothing BUT helpful! I’ve had one small issue, on day one, which she got taken care of, immediately, while I was talking to her on the phone! That’s EXCELLENT customer service in my book! I really like this facility, and I’d recommend it, happily!

Attic storage has climate controlled, non-climate, drive up storage units and RV and boat parking. It was very easy to rent a unit online. I recommend attic storage Collinsville for all of your storage needs! Perfectly Located On highway 20 right by Dollar General and limestone fire station!
