VERY SHADY BUSINESS!!! If you value your belongings don’t do business with this place. I was robbed the first week I moved in of everything valuable. Reported it and was told someone was going to check the circa 1985 security camera that seemed a quarter mile away and get back with me. Never happened. A couple of weeks later I called to speak with someone at the facility and they mentioned I should come on up there and file a police report since the police were already there tending to other units burglarized… i can see over the top into the other units next to mine and a small person could even squeeze over the walls or take a tool and remove enough screws to easily take my stuff. Ive even considered the thieves are connected to an employee or perhaps one and the same. To make things worse they jacked my rent up over 60% on just my fourth payment. Roughly $115 up to $195. I feel absolutely taken advantage of. Their response is for me to refer to the rental terms. I just don’t get it. I am paying for an incredible hassle for my belongings to be ransacked and stolen and then I am expected to spend the time and energy to fill in for their lack of security. I was told security is my responsibility.
