He took the time to answer all my questions and made everything easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service—I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for storage!

Kristen at the Public Storage on Hefner and Penn was amazing. After several unsuccessful attempts to reach someone, I was starting to feel discouraged—especially since I’m not currently living in Oklahoma. Kristen completely turned that around. She was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I truly appreciate the great service she provided!

I’ve had an ongoing issue with my unit for over a month and have been given nothing but the runaround. I’ve spoken with customer service and multiple managers, yet the problem still hasn’t been resolved. My unit is compromised, which is unacceptable, and the lack of follow-through has been frustrating. They constantly encourage customers to post online reviews, so this is mine. It’s disappointing that there seems to be more focus on responding to positive reviews than actually addressing serious customer concerns. Meanwhile, I’m pretty sure if I were to stop paying my rent, they’d be quick to place a red lock on my unit—but resolving the actual issue hasn’t been treated with the same urgency. This has not been good customer service at all.
