I've purchased 12 auction units at various PS locations the last 2 years. Melissa was BY FAR the most helpful and informative manager i have dealt with buying units with this company. She had my paperwork done and had me in my unit in under 10-12 minutes. She also came and checked on us more than once while we were sorting and loading to see if we needed anything. Can't say enough how helpful she was. Over the top service, and im technically not even really a Public Storage customer. Thank you for the smooth transaction!

Out of all the places I’ve stored things. Melissa and the rest of the staff here at Public Storage have been excellent. She’s very professional she’s attentive. And keeps the place very clean. If I could give this place -10 I so would!!! Very unprofessional we pay a monthly insurance fee to have our property protected! And my stuff was not, my unit had been broken in too, I had every thing organized and when I showed up today 1/22/2024 my unit had the lock cut off and my storage unit was a mess!!! I called customer support was NO HELP so he said he would inform management. Not helpful at all either I should not have to file a police report when I pay insurance every month so if you rent from this storage make sure you don’t keep any valuables!! Slowly moving into my new house and this is the very last thing I thought would happen!! Very unsatisfactory!!!

Beautiful facility. I feel peaceful and safe here, I’ve had some really bad experiences but definitely not at this location!! Melissa made me feel so welcomed today 🙂
