Tiger, at the 40th Street location was very pleasant and helpful in assisting with getting finding me the right size unit. He made sure I understood I codes and explain anything I had questions on before I left to fill my unit. The "location was clean and each unit I was shown was clean as well.

I would strongly warn anyone against renting from this storage facility. After paying for nearly a decade, I finally decided to clean out my unit only to discover dead mice in and on my belongings. Absolutely disgusting. To make matters worse, they refuse to let customers use their dumpster—which we’re clearly paying for—to dispose of ruined, urine-soaked items. Instead, they expect me to haul this hazardous trash three hours back to my home. Wrong. Completely unacceptable. Yes, I had insurance, so they can pay for the damage. But based on how this place operates, I’m sure they’ll find a way to dodge responsibility. And don’t expect help on-site—there’s never anyone there, just trash scattered all around the property. This place has gone completely downhill in the last 10 years, and it shows. Avoid this facility at all costs.

Great storage facility all around!! Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a storage facility!! 100% I highly recommend!! They offered a very competitive promotional price, and it was easy to complete all the necessary lease forms, and was even able to submit everything entirely online. The app works great. Customer service was professional and polite, and any communication I received were helpful and informative. I have no complaints, and I have greatly appreciated doing business with this storage facility.

I dropped a box full of glass so it made a huge mess I asked Rodney who works there if I could borrow a broom to clean it up and he not only offered me the broom but he also cleaned it up and said don’t worry about it,now that’s what I call hospitality! You don’t see that often these days. It made my day to see such generosity thanks and I’ll continue to bring my business here!
