I had an excellent experience at this Public self-storage location over on 5801 Britton rd by McArthur and the gentlemen over at the front desk I think goes by CAM truly set the standard for what customer service should look like. From the moment I arrived, CAM was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making the process smooth and stress-free. Every question was answered clearly, options were explained without pressure, and the entire interaction felt efficient and well-managed. It’s rare to find someone who balances competence with a great attitude, but CAM absolutely delivered. This is the kind of service that builds trust and keeps customers coming back.
