This place is a joke! They’re never here, even though they live on the property. If you need help, you’re out of luck. The property manager is never available during scheduled hours, and the person who works here simply doesn’t do their job. They need new management and customer service representatives. I would give them a 00000, but it’s not available. I’ll never refer anyone to this public storage facility.This place is a joke! They’re never here, even though they live on the property. This is my second time using this Public Storage and I couldn’t be happier! The staff is always very friendly and professional, and the customer service is excellent. The facility is spotless, well-kept, and very well maintained. I feel confident storing my belongings here and appreciate how easy and stress-free the whole process is. Highly recommend!
