Gigi was AWESOME!! We had no idea what size storage unit we needed, and she was so helpful showing us the different sizes and clearly explaining the monthly costs. The facility is fantastic if you need a safe, climate-controlled space for your belongings. There are large service elevators, carts for moving, and everything is well-lit. We are so happy we chose Prime Storage!

Gigi helped me get my storage unit, helped us with difficulties with our gate passcode, and was even kind enough to help us watch our stuff when we forgot our keys back home! The staff is amazing, the storage units are very affordable and tall enough to stack a quite a few boxes!! Overall have had an amazing experience

Nice complex. Upon our move out the gate was broken where you pull in so that drive thru access was not accessible which made move out much more difficult. Same for sliding door that left straight to parking lot. It wouldn’t open from interior which added to move out difficulty. There was also half of the parking lot taken up by the neighbors large truck where gravel was being brought in so we had to park down the street by the hotel. With that being said, we requested a discount due to these difficulties since we paid a premium for the drive thru access. The complex denied our request for a partial discount on our last months rent. For that reason, lack of customer service and customer retention, I don’t know if I would recommend this facility. That is why I’m letting folks know. It is also near impossible to make the turn out of the drive thru with a large U-Haul. (When we moved in). So take note of that. You have to back out of the drive thru instead. Sounds like someone hit the gate trying to leave that way and that’s why the gate was down for 2 weeks during our tenancy.

I had a positive experience dealing with Prime Storage. I loved their website with the prices detailed along with specials. The people I talked to on the phone were friendly and answered all my questions. My favorite was Levi, at the facility. He is the best. He gave us a tour and said he would help my movers find my unit. It is a very clean and comfortable facility. I couldn’t be happier!
