This is by far the best place I’ve ever had a storage unit. Staff is very good with customer service and just good people in general. Very helpful and I have had nothing but good experiences with them. HIGHLY recommend this place specifically (alberta location)

I booked the storage unit rental online, it was my first time renting from Public Storage so I was unfamiliar with everything from how to use the coded gate to the layout of the units. Linda was closing when I arrived. She stayed and explained the code for entry and how to find my unit. When I realized my unit was accessible only by stairs, she offered to switch me to a unit accessible by elevator. She was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond! I had no problem using the door access code for both the gate and outer unit doors. The elevator worked perfectly and everything was really clean and well lit. Linda saved my day!!

I recommend the team and management company at Public Storage on NE 71st in Portland, Oregon. At Public Storage, working with a facility with staff onsite 24 hours a day, easy freeway access, as well as outdoor units for drive-up and quick movement, insures that inventory is close by most Portland neighborhoods.
