This is my first time actually occupying a space. Every single person I spoke with made me feel like they were really rootin' for me. Everyone has needs. Companies have rules. Rules aren't meant to be broken. Rules can be bent a bit. "WIT" is a program that we teach at my company. It's designed to solve issues. "WHATEVER IT TAKES". Whoever checked me in used exactly his WIT because I only wanted that one unit. He explained the rules & that there was a method PS uses. With all due respect, I could not accept this other unit. I just could not. He very caringly accomodated my wishes. I was so overwhelmed I cried because my life had been interrupted unmercifully. He was tuned in. What a gracious employee. Keep up the Excellent work. Give your employees incentives to keep trying hard. 100.00 gift certificates. DO IT? for them. U create loyalty.

Love this place great staff, especially Brittany, no matter what kind of day I'm having seeing her beautiful smiling face seems to lift my mood. If say get more people like her but that's not possible cuz she's amazing
