This is hands down one of the worst business experiences I’ve ever had. No one ever answers the phone — I called over 21 times during their posted business hours and got absolutely nothing. When I went in person, no one was working, even though the hours were clearly posted on the door. Completely false advertising. After HOURS, someone finally called me back and left a voicemail — without my phone ever ringing. How does that even happen? By that point, the damage was already done and it cost me hundreds of dollars because of their negligence and lack of communication. To make it worse, when I asked for a refund due to their failures, they didn’t want to refund all of my money. No accountability. No urgency. No professionalism. This place is disorganized, misleading, and poorly managed. If you value your time, money, or sanity, do not rent here. Absolutely disgusting business practices. I would not recommend this location under any circumstances.

I needed a storage unit quickly but I did not choose this location hastily. I had a very negative experience at the last unit I chose from a different company. Basically all of my photos and cards from my grandparents were destroyed because of water damage... I'm a very happy that I went with this location. I trust them to take care of my things as though they were in my own home. In a way our storage unit is an extension about her of my home. This PS is absolutely top-notch, entirely thanks to the attendant, Jake. ​Jake exemplifies what superior customer service looks like. He truly understands the chaos and last-minute stresses that come with moving. From the moment I booked my unit, he was incredibly helpful, providing not just information, but genuine accommodation for my situation. I felt like he went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly, acting with patience and empathy throughout the process. ​It’s rare to encounter someone who shows such personal sympathy and dedication to making a difficult situation easier for the customer. The facility itself is clean and secure, but the personalized care provided by Mark is the real five-star difference. Highly, highly recommend!

They charged me a late fee when I paid early and now I cant get ahold of anyone. This is after raising my rent without notice, twice. I recommend taking your business elsewhere as I'll be doing.
