I've had a storage unit at almost every storage facility in Portland Gresham troutdale Wood village Fairview and so on and I have got to admit that storwell has got the be the best one I've ever ever had. Not only are their prices for their units way reasonable I mean the best prices around. And believe me I would know cuz like I said I've had a storage every single one of these damn places but their communication with you and their way they help you out is phenomenal. Also they don't stress you out and you don't have to have your payment in right on the first second or third and then you're going to get a late fee and then you're going to end up owing more money for your storage and so on and so forth so I mean I had till the 6th of the month to pay my storage and I paid it but anywhere else you're going to have to pay it by the third or the 4th so anyways that's my story I'm sticking to it I love this place it's awesome. Also you can actually be at your storage that you paid for for, mind you, and go through your stuff and organize it a little bit and not be told that they have a 2-hour rule that you cannot be in your storage for more than 2 hours because it doesn't take 2 hours to unload the vehicle and set it in the space that you had rented and paid for. Like that stupid rip off facility on 190th & Halsey. .

Lack of security and never respond to renters even in cases of incidents!!! I have been renting from here for quite some time and the only time I've ever talked to anyone is to get my credit card info and renting details. My RV was broken into on 12/31/23 and I called to inform the office and left a voice mail. I've tried calling multiple times since then and no answer. No "sorry" nothing. It's now 10 days later and I've already had police and insurance adjusters here yet nothing from the management here. This place is notoriously hard to maneuver anything bigger than a hatchback, the security is a joke as anything beyond the front gate dosent even get a decent light. It's not patrolled by any stretch nor is it manned by staff that I can tell. I think someone lives at he front in a bed RV but they sure ain't there as a deterrent. Even now they say they are open but the office is closed and lights off. I'm moving to a better place.
