I haven't moved in yet.but,I will say the young lady at the desk who took care of me was a blessing from above..I'm amazed by her I forgot I was there to rent a place and she just let me vent and talk.god bless her

Everything is just great easy set up over the phone . perfect parking spot gated.24 hr access. Friendly staff. And a gate thay works perfectly. No hassle

I have so many positive things to say about this particular Store as well as Company. Due to a brain injury I could no longer retrieve my belongings in storage. I Moved to Maine and planned on getting them myself. I do not have relatives close enough that would have had the time nor resources to bring them to me. After calling and talking with Loni and letting her know my situation. They were so understanding and polite to me. They went above and beyond with me. I am forever grateful.

I was delinquent on the rent and got locked into the facility, I get that it was my fault and had to call 911 because it was after 5pm so I guess no one is there to answer calls after 5pm, I called at least 10 times until I called 911there should always be someone on call 24 hours this also caused me to mis a very important drs appointment..bottom line…if you can’t have someone answer calls after 5pm or in an emergency situation then you should have time limits when you can access the facility..either way if you go in you should always be able to get out and for that reason I moved all my things out the following month, because not being able to get out presents a very dangerous situation for me since I am epileptic, the staff has always been pleasant though
