I rented a unit here a little over 2 years ago. I've had my times of being late with my rent. About 3 weeks ago I went in to start emptying my unit only to find after an hour and a half drive that they had a second lock and a zip tie of some sort on my unit and my account was zero due. I called left a message and got nothing back . I again drove an hour and a half 2 more times to find the same thing called again and still no return call. One more trip and imagine that they removed the lock but still never returned my call or even email with an explanation for the overlock so at this point I had 9 total hours of unnecessary driving and no explanation for it. So all I can say is think twice about renting from here. And too boot the first winter my stuff was there it was raided with mice and ruined a bunch of my belongings.

Initially had some issues but they were quickly resolved. Areas are clean and surrounding area is kept trimmed. Wish they offered a senior or first responder discount on monthly rentals.

All of these old reviews are completely obsolete Including Randolphs. His experience was due to the previous management and had nothing to do with the new management. Don't pay any attention to them. This place was sold in December 2021 and new owners turning into an a A+++ facility! New Security Gate up, new security cameras going up, cleaning up junk, quick response if you have an issue and a full time real person you can talk to on the phone plus a local maintenance guy!

Since this storage place,has been under new ownership,it is very nice.I feel safe having my important things there.They take excellent care of the property.And whoever i speak to each month,when i call to make my payment they r always very kind.I got Michelle the past several times,a very sweet lady.My unit is in Pa at Leffler Court.Thank u for having a well kept,safe place!

Moving from Delaware back to Pa. Easy to book and best price. Only thing is they should have a emergency number to call after business hours if you have a problem with key pad, I drove 3 hours to put items in unit got there after office hours key pad was broken couldn't get in ,couldn't get ahold of anyone had to drive 3 hour back to De. Got to talk to someone next business day and they apologize and took exsulint care of me. Will rent again if I ever have to.
