At this location, Joe was very helpful in the administration of the use of my storage space. The facility is very clean, secure, well lit and accessible. The office hours are convenient and the staff are always helpful. There is also a bathroom on site (during office hour) which is very useful and convenient. I would use them in the future if the need arises.

I needed indoor storage during a move. It was super easy to book online. The units and hallways are clean, and there is a manager on site. Uwchlan is a convenient location, in between Rte 30 and Rte 100.

Great experience! After spending 2 and a half days online, then visiting 4 self storage facilities in the area to arrange a short term storage of my car, I ended up with the best! The physical facilities were clean and well-kept… like most of the 14 others. However, what made this one different was the people. No pressure or hard sell approach, just a genuine desire to find the best storage unit for my specific needs, at the best price they could provide. In my case they didn’t have the cheapest open parking, but worked to get me a good deal for an enclosed unit for my dates. We first met Joe Silvestri (store manager) when we were considering household storage, and he nicely educated us on our options and provided good suggestions. When I came back today to nail down the car storage I met Jay Troop (asst store manager) who went the extra mile to take care of us. I know that if we have any problem, both Joe and Jay will take care of us (and my car). In summary: Good Place, Good People!
