Storage Sense customer service is very helpful and was always accessible when I needed them. They were very knowledgeable with what size unit I needed. I was able to conviently pay by phone. I liked that they did not charge a security deposit and the move out was just as easy. I always felt that my belongings were very safe & secure. I highly recommend Storage Sense. I would definitely use them again, if needed!!

The staff were super helpful with getting my lease sorted out after I completed the online application. They made sure my access codes worked both ways and showed me the unit and even gave me a little ride down themselves. They were very considerate, kind and friendly and I am so glad they were able to help me get this extra space for my belongings while I go through a big sudden move on my own. Plus, I caught a great deal on the first month's rent!

The service we received from one of the assistants was great. Super helpful and enabled us to get exactly what we wanted. I did think it was terrible how we couldn’t leave a vehicle overnight in the half empty secure parking without paying for a whole month! Even though we had already paid for two units and had left early with no refund for the days we had already paid for. We even had insurance in place for the vehicle and the contents!

I was greeted by Kim G, who immediately acknowledged my presence into the storage sense Facility she then was very accommodating and show me the units giving me the pricing and helped me pick the best units to suit. My needs. Kim G is very customer oriented, pleasant and was a pleasure dealing with and look forward to dealing with her in the future of my dealings with the story since facility thank you for making this easy and possible and such short notice.

I was given a great spot to park my boat. Front desk was great in the process of the contract and payment. The promo for first time customer and bring a friend were great as well. This is my third year here with my boat. Love them. Will now look into a closed storage for my tools. No better place in storage in Pennsylvania. Look out uhaul
