I'm leaving this storage facility after less than a year, primarily due to an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with their recent price increases. I was notified just 30 days in advance that the rate for my parking space was going up by 41% and my warehouse unit was increasing by a shocking 54%. The company cited "higher quality service and dedicated employee staffing" as the reason for this massive hike, but this doesn't align with my experience. For over a week, the supposedly secure access gate has been wide open, allowing anyone to enter the facility. This isn't the first time this has happened; it's the second time in less than a year that the gate has been left unsecured. The last occurrence took over a month to get fixed. To make matters worse, the prices on their website are still showing the old rates, which is misleading for new customers. The lack of proper security and the sudden, exorbitant price increases without a clear justification are unacceptable. I'm very disappointed with my experience and cannot recommend this facility.

All units are affordable outdoor drive up units that vary size. Did I mention the price way less than what most storage units cost. Last but never least. The young lady who handles everything is fantastic!
