At the end, I needed some help and called the number provided and was able to speak to Carlo, who was preferably helpful, friendly, and most of all easy to understand. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have had units at the ephrata main street location for years that we use as storage space for our business. Since KO storage bought this location it has been hell. Thousands of dollars a month are being spent on storage units there and it took me 2 months to get someone on the phone who then refused to connect me to a manager. A manager was supposed to call me by end of business day, that was 3 weeks ago. Since then Ive receive numerous emails from them regarding my issue to which I have promptly responded over and over asking for a manager to please call me and not a single reply. Ive never been so disgusted by a company. I will be removing all of my things from this stotage facility and never looking back. Don't let the 5 star ratings fool you! Anything older than July was a review for the old owners, not this garbage company.
