Trash piles accumulating for now going on over a month now covering people’s units. No paper towels or toilet tissue in the public restroom for weeks at a time… have to bring your own. Constantly raising prices and office staff is barely ever available. Going down hill fast…. Very disappointed. I have been attempting to call several times to the office and to get this resolved to no avail.

Jayden at Devon Self Storage did a fantastic job! He walked me through the unit to make sure it was exactly what I was looking for and took the time to answer all of my questions. His customer service was excellent, he spoke clearly, and he was very professional throughout the entire process. Jayden is a great representation of the company. Highly recommend working with him!

I came in stressed out of my mind and unsure of what I wanted. I was informed of everything I needed to know to help me decide. I feel understood and even though I thought I was being annoying, the staff member was very sweet and patient. She was also the only one there, at the time, and was able to handle several customers with ease! She knew what she was doing and was consistent in her approach and attitude with every customer. Just pure customer service at its finest!!!

Devon storage is safe, secure, clean, and easily accessible. They are wonderful to deal with. Ayeshah was extremely helpful, professional, funny, and very friendly. She made the process very simple and she was knowledgeable regarding all aspects from walkthroughs to lease setup.
