Angelic was great, and made the process of securing my storage unit incredibly easy and painless. The whole process was quick- but Angelic was friendly, and knowledgeable. The facility itself is clean and looks like a brand new facility. From what I saw there were plenty of carts at the main loading entrance. Safety is also key for me and everything was well lit, the elevator ran smoothly and I wont worry when I'm there.

I worked with Dacia, she was great in getting me started. The facility was clean. Easy in easy out and I’d recommend anyone in the kop area for their storage needs.

I want to take a moment to acknowledge the excellent customer service provided by Angelic at StorQuest Self Storage in King of Prussia. She, and her area manager, assisted me greatly with my unit a couple of months ago. Angelic is a professional, attentive, personable, and task-oriented individual, and is one of the key reasons I continue to use Storquest. I also want to acknowledge Dacia, who from the start, has made the experience at Storquest a good one. The facility is well secured, and always clean, fresh, and brightly lit. I can without reservation recommend the self-storage facilities at StorQuest in King of Prussia to anyone looking for a short or long-term storage unit.

The StorQuest KoP facility is really nice! Very clean and the office is nice and warm on this blustery fall day. I walked in and was warmly greeted by Angelic who explained my choices and pricing and then showed me the units. I selected the unit and had it rented in 10 minutes. The storage unit area is clean and climate controlled. Security is good with private pins and locks. They have multiple loading dock locations, secured elevators and dollies for moving items in and out. Overall, a great facility, location and staff.
