I've been renting from here for years. When the current owners took over. They called to inform me of the new ownership. I gave them my updated information, including my address. I also asked if they were raising the price at all. I was told they were not raising the price at all. 2 months later, my rent went $94 to $143, without notice. I called and was giving the run around.
Evangela NEWKIRKFor the most part I have had a good experience with EZ Stor but recently fell into a problem that didn't have to be as the online pay process does not allow you to delete cards that was added at one time when they were active however resulting in possibly being pulled to be use or confused with active cards so be very careful to not overlook this purposeful set-up during paying your bill.
