Convenience is the key word. Slightly out of the way and yet right off the highway. I was a bit perturbed when they raised the rent right after I got my unit. Still slightly cheaper than most options. Also being open 24/7 is awesome considering that doesn't seem as normal as it used to be either.

I was here less than a year and saw a 20% increase in rates. I also moved out 30 days earlier than my scheduled move out date and they wouldn't refund my last payment. They wouldn't even prorate it.

I sent two emails within a week of each other, never heard back from either one. I finally called and was told both had been taken care of. I asked why didn't they respond, 'Sean" didn't know the answer. It's called COMMUNICATION.

I'd advise anyone to stay away from this place. Extremely unprofessional when it comes to management, with such blatant disregard for being respectful, and non-existent maintenance that can't clean up the units before someone moves in(mud everywhere and spiders and webs coating the ceiling)and also can't grease up a gate chain to prevent it from snapping, leaving the entire facility open to whoever comes in. And despite it being 24/7 access, don't dare think about accessing your unit late at night, because who's awake at those times? Sorry not everyone is 9-to-5. Some people work late nights and can only access things after work. WORST. STORAGE. EVER.

I was not informed to put a * in front of my pass code. I was fortunate enough there was an employee that informed me. The 2nd time I went someone else was having the same issue. I spoke with him and informed him what to do. How many others sat at the gate waiting for a rep to answer their call? Other than that I love the location, pricing, and cleanliness of my unit.
