Cathy was an amazing help. I came into the office with a few complaints. Despite the snow and her car being stuck in a snow bank she was incredibly cheerful and personable and solved all my grievances in just a few minutes. If she hasn’t gotten a raise she deserves one!

***Update*** I spoke to Jim who is the district manager and he was able to help me out on the increase. It was nice to see companies who actually take the reviews seriously. Overall, I am happy with how he handled things. Everything seemed good with the new owner until I got a letter in the mail today stating my rate is going up $37 more a month. I will be looking for a new storage facility. Sad as I’ve been using this site for 6 years with no issues.

Really enjoyed renting here under the old ownership. When public storage came in nothing really changed until THIS month. My bill was increased from $170/month to $240/month. I found a new storage facility the same day and moved out. Greed is becoming a growing problem in this country, and Public Storage has contributed to the growing problem. I would not recommend renting here unless it’s for short term use only. However, the units were very well maintained and the property layout is very easy to navigate. But not worth the price hike mentioned above.
