My Experience was Great at this facility. The Manager Kyle was so very helpful. I was negatively affected by the government shut down. He really went out of his way to offer me comfortable financial options so I wouldn’t fall behind in payments. PLEASE GIVE HIM A RAISE! He was Kind, concerned, Empathetic and you can tell that he Genuinely care for his customers. The Staff is Great. The facility was clean. No Rodents etc. I highly recommend The Fountain Street Location!

This is my second time renting a storage unit at this facility. I appreciate that the building is kept clean, that it is secure, and well-lit inside and out. Management and staff have always been helpful and friendly. This time I rented two units. I emptied out the larger unit the day after my contract renewed, but Jose took care of it so that I wasn't charged for the day. When I rented the smaller unit, I paid for a month before I could even move in, and Kyle kept in touch with me to make sure all was well. Both Kyle and Jose have shown superior customer service. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a secure, clean, and stable storage service. Well worth the investment.

My experience was very good I caught a great online deal when I finally went to pick up my lock and locate my storage unit they were literally closing in two minutes and I wasn’t able to get in the gate the store associate jose at the manayunk location was so polite and kind he stayed almost 45 minutes after closing to help me get my gate access code showed me exactly where my unit was and showed me where I could find everything I was so grateful because I had to take my uhaul back and needed to unload my things thank you so much jose that so so kind and sweet I really appreciate it!!!
