2351 Swanson public storage will always be my go to even though it's a little bit out of the way. Mainly because this location has Regina, always makes sure we have carts, very nice as well and adamant about keeping it clean. Makes moving in very easy and when I didn't need it for some time, I went to another location and my partner and I decided yeah we'd rather work with Regina hahaha. Very clean, very helpful, questions answered, a walking FAQ sheet. Thank you for making move in and outs very convenient Regina

Regina was such a big help while moving our stuff in. I couldn't ask for better customer service then she provided. Also, the unit was clean before I got in and spacious. 10/10 would recommend.

stored my things here for a few years and never had a problem. easy to get to and access. i moved so had to move my things out and doing so right before new years was very busy and stressed and Regina helped me do so very easily and made me laugh and cheered my day up, she was great!

I love this storage center and it’s the last one so will use. Typically storage centers are dirty and filled rodents but not this one. The woman Regina is so kind, helpful and bubbly. I look forward to my trips there just for the customer service!

My new account on Swanson Street was processed by a young lady named Regina. She was very polite and knowledgeable in answering all my questions prior to the rental commitment. She was thorough in explaining all phases of the transaction as well as the various payment and insurance options available. Excellent customer service! If possible I'd rate her more than five stars.
