Public Storage - Plymouth Meeting - 2025 Chemical Road

So I just rented a unit today at the Plymouth public storage. I delt with Rachel and I have to say she was amazing. She took the time to show me a few units and go over Everything answered any and all questions I had, and even some that I didn't think of. The cleanliness. Of this, public storage is absolutely unbelievable.Very well maintained. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a storage unit to come and check this place out and hopefully you will get to deal with Rachel, as I did.You couldn't ask for a better experience. She is definitely an asset to the company.

If I could leave a zero start review I would. I have been emailing apparently to no one. There were medical issues that popped up and had to be taken care of. If someone would have emailed back maybe my firehouse stuff and wedding items would not have been sold off to the highest bidder but they were. I will never ever have anyone I know rent from you because God forbid medical issues come up and you can't get an email back and they sell off your stuff. Guess what some of the items need to be returned to the fire house and I would like my wedding stuff back. This is a horrible company to deal with. Even from the moment I rented my unit it was a hassle.

Rachael over at public storage was is great to work with Super kind and very helpful I’ve been renting here for years and don’t plan on going anywhere else It’s safe clean and very affordable for the value you receive

I had Rachel help me you could not ask for a knowledgeable and nice person very courteous if was a please to get my storage unit at this facility

The process of getting storage was very easy. The site Manager Rachel was as nice as pie. I do recommend the facility. Its gated also.
